Program Goals
The goals of the organization and its programs are to:
- Promote economic mobility by equipping participants with practical life and workforce skills
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth, particularly boys, to support positive identity development and decision-making
- Strengthen families and communities by supporting single mothers and providing resources for stability
- Enhance quality of life for the elderly through engagement, support services, and community connection
- Develop future leaders who are responsible, confident, and prepared for long-term success
Program Objectives
Youth (Boys Mentorship Program)
- Increase self-confidence and self-awareness in at least 85% of participants
- Improve decision-making and conflict resolution skills in 80% of participants
- Ensure 75% of participants set and articulate academic or career goals
- Provide exposure to career pathways and workforce readiness skills
- Deliver structured mentorship through a 12-week curriculum-based program
Single Mothers Support
- Provide access to resources, education, and support networks
- Offer guidance in financial literacy, stability, and personal development
- Strengthen family units through community-based support initiatives
Elderly Support
- Reduce isolation by increasing community engagement opportunities
- Provide assistance through support services and outreach programs
